    Despite ordering flowers for delivery for my mother’s birthday, she was as very concerned about a driver coming up her unpowered, steep driveway. Tracy had been in contact w me about the delivery, and assured me it was no problem to drive her vehicle up my mom’s driveway. However my mom insisted she pick up her flowers in the store the next day. I felt terrible about all the back and forth, but Tracy was professional and understanding about everything, and my mom loved her flowers. Thanks for going above and beyond Tracy!     I don't order very often and typically pick them up. I was surprised when I got A twenty dollar delivery fee when the delivery was in the same building and a service fee. Response is for fees only. flowers were beautiful.

    delivered 2 days late, made an excuse about knocking on the door WHEN THEY HAD THE PHONE NUMBER WITH THE ORDER and could have called the recipient. No email to say it was delayed or why - this was a for a significant birthday and the recipient felt that no one remembered because of the late delivery - I do not recommend. They held it for two days so they flowers were also not fresh. Very disappointed.

    Hello Cynthia: The driver did not have the slip unfortunately with the phone number, tried to deliver on their way home so on the second attempt, left a door hanger for missed delivery. The call came after we were closed did not get message until Monday. It was a holiday weekend and we could've left the flowers since it was warm enough- but not knowing if the individual was gone, we held until Monday. We will issue a full refund even though not 100% our fault. A culmination of things led to the unfortunate missed-delivery, but none were because we do not care.

    This is the second delivery from your shop to my mom in the last six weeks. She loved the bouquet, and the cookie, but was concerned about how the flowers were delivered this time. She reported they were left between the two doors of her building without anyone letting her know they were there. Luckily, someone else from the building came along and rescued them from the hot sun beating in on them. My mom did say they seemed no worse for the wear. Just wanted to let you know what happened.

(we are so tired of the word!) It is entirely possible, since frail and not typical long lasting as a cut flower anyway, that they were nearing the end of their cycle before we could get new stock in.     My mom loved the bouquet. However, it would be great if you were on BloomNation! I always check there first, to see if I can find any local florists on BloomNation, when I'm ordering bouquets. They only work with real local florists, not wire services, and you can use all your own bouquets, they don't force you to craft standardized bouquets. Thanks!

    Hi Hannah: You are right about Bloom Nation, however we were one of the first to sign on with Flower shop network. FSN is much more "local florist" friendly, their fee's are less, and more money goes to the flower shops on shop to shop transactions. Unfortunately, Bloom Nation recently tried to solicit us, and referenced other shops they "converted" from FSN- I called these shops to inquire,and non were true. I have the email convo with the rep if interested. He never replied once I called him on it.

    After my experience, I would never go anywhere else. The owner herself answered the phone and guided me (a dumb guy) (or is that redundant when it comes to flowers?) to exactly what fit my needs. She showed her knowledge of the area by pointing out that she knew the recipient, had done her wedding flowers, and was aware of the recipient’s impending pregnancy. Wow.     Again, well done. When my father was ill this past year I received multiple bouquets of flowers through you and they were all gorgeous and lasted a really long time.     My mother received her flowers in the time specified and she loved them. A week later, I came home for Christmas and saw for myself that they still looked beautiful. However, the website has several "levels" for each arrangement, each costing a little more than the previous one. An arrangement might have $30, $40, and $50 options, but no where in the website is it specified what exactly you receive for paying the extra ten dollars. I purchased a moderate level of an arrangement and was not disappointed by the total number of roses. Customers should be informed of exactly what they receive by spending more money.
